Our country’s renowned pianist Rüya Taner gave a concert together with the Royal Symphony Orchestra of Oman on 22 January 2015 at the Al Bustan Palace Hotel.
TRNC Muscat Representative Mustafa Yücelten and Ambassador of Turkey in Muscat Uğur Doğan attended the concert among other high level officials.
Rüya Taner played Mozart’s Piano Concerto No.21 which was conducted by British Orchestra Conductor Neil Thomson and accompanied by the Royal Symphony Orchestra of Oman. Taner also played Turkish Cypriot composer Sayram Akdil’s “Piano Pieces No.6”, which was well received by the audience.
