Cyprus Dialogue Forum established

Studies to establish the bi-communal “Cyprus Dialogue Forum” which aims to contribute to peace process in Cyprus were completed.

Since April of the last year, political parties, non-governmental organizations, unions and employer groups were executing studies to establish the forum.

The forum which has the capacity to represent the greatest part of the community evaluates the peace process as a whole not only limited to the negotiations.

Cyprus Dialogue Forum will read the declaration during a press meeting to be organized on Thursday.

The decision to establish such a forum was taken during the meeting held in Malta in 2013 which was attended by about 60 high level Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot authorities who represented political parties, non-governmental organizations, unions and employer groups.
