Foreign Affairs Minister Özdil Nami receives Sir Graham Robert Watson

Foreign Affairs Minister Özdil Nami received President of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) Party Sir Graham Robert Watson in his office.

Minister Nami and Watson exchanged views on the ongoing negotiation process.

Özdil Nami conveyed Watson who has long term experience on the European Union, the expectations of the Turkish Cypriots in general from the EU and especially from the European Parliament.

In the bilateral meeting, studies to be made in the following period have also been discussed and the factors concerning the progress of contacts of the Turkish Cypriot political parties with their counterparts at the EP were also brought to the agenda.
