Foreign Minister Nami Briefs Foreign Journalists

NAMİ: “WE REACHED AN IMPORTANT PHASE IN THE SOLUTION OF THE CYPRUS ISSUE. AT THIS POINT THE TURKISH CYPRIOT PEOPLE SHOULD BE WELL  INFORMED”

Minister of Foreign Affairs Özdil Nami  underlined that an important   phase  was reached in the solution of the Cyprus issue and at this  process  the Turkish Cypriot people should be informed correctly.

Nami  briefed  foreign  journalists,  who are in the country within the framework of the 30th anniversary celebrations of the  establishment of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

In a meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs  today, Nami informed  the  journalists on  the recent phase reached   at the Cyprus issue  and  explained the views of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Nami also responded the questions of the participants at the end of the meeting.
