Minister of Foreign Affairs Özdil Nami said that economic problems experienced in the whole world and Cyprus problem gave serious harm to country’s economy. FM Nami added that in such a term, it is very important to support SME’s because each support given to SME’s will accelerate the development of private sector.
The European Commission signed 47 new contracts to develop Turkish Cypriot Small to Medium Enterprises (SME’s) and to support community development in urban and rural areas. An activity was organized at Bedesten yesterday for the projects awarded under the EU grant.
