President Mustafa Akıncı and Greek Cypriot leader Nikos Anastasiades will meet today within the framework of Cyprus negotiations. The meeting will be held in the buffer zone. The leaders met on 19 April 2016 lastly.
In his statement following their last meeting, President Akıncı said: “Our meeting which lasted three and a half hours was very fruitful. We made progress on positive developments. We will continue working towards reaching a solution. Our aim is to reach a solution in 2016.”
