Within the framework of his contacts in Washington, Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu had bilateral meetings with the USA Congress Members yesterday.
In this context, Ertuğruloğlu met with Congress members Pete Sessions, Randy Weber, Steve Cohen and Senate member Tom Udall. Ertuğruloğlu informed the Congress members about the latest developments reached in the Cyprus issue and evaluated the negotiation process.
Furthermore, Minister Ertuğruloğlu gave an interview to Washington Representative of Hürriyet newspaper Tolga Tanış.
Ertuğruloğlu also attended the dinner hosted in his honour by the Turkish American Steering Committee (TASC).
