Volkan Bozkır is hopeful about Cyprus negotiations which will start on Friday
Turkish Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator Volkan Bozkir is hopeful about Cyprus negotiations which will start on Friday, stating that “Solving the Cyprus problem became easier than solving the issue of Syria and Ukraine” he said.
He also mentioned that he is so hopeful about resumption of the negotiations, “Parameters are clear. I think it will be solved this year. We have 17 chapters in front of us.”
